Role Overview

Position: Zoho Creator Administrator (Zoho Administrator)

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Department: Business Operations

This role is to manage, develop, and automate Zoho Creator applications, and to ensure smooth integration with other Zoho apps (CRM, Books, People, etc.)

What the Hiring Manager is Looking For

1. Technical Skills (Non-negotiable):

• Zoho Creator Administration
• Zoho Creator Development
• Deluge Scripting (Zoho’s scripting language)

2. Desired Experience:

• Ideally, 1+ year of hands-on Zoho Creator experience (the JD allows 0–2 years, but

the manager prefers someone already trained and productive immediately).

• Familiarity with Zoho Flow, Zoho CRM, Books, Desk, People, Analytics, and REST

API integrations.

3. Functional Exposure:

• Support will not be limited to Sales or Business; the candidate will work with common

internal departments such as:

Asset Management

HR

Procurement

Some Business Teams (partially)

4. Personality Fit:

• Someone who can work late or extend hours if needed (hence his preference for male

candidates due to late-night requirements).

• Should be self-driven and technically independent — not requiring 3 months of

training.

• Should fit into the company culture with a focus on efficiency and reliability.

CTC (Compensation Offered)

• Mentioned during the conversation as 6 LPA (CTC).
