Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Critical Care Physician located in the Kutch district. The Critical Care Physician will be responsible for managing patients in the intensive care unit (ICU), providing specialized care in the fields of pulmonology, medicine, anesthesiology, and critical care. Daily tasks include assessing and treating critical care patients, working closely with a multidisciplinary team, conducting and interpreting diagnostic tests, performing procedures such as intubation and central line placement, and participating in rounds to develop and implement patient care plans. Ensuring patient safety, improving patient outcomes, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Pulmonology and Critical Care Medicine
Knowledge and experience in General Medicine and Anesthesiology
Skills in Critical Care Nursing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a high-stress, fast-paced environment
Board certification in Critical Care Medicine and a valid medical license
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
Advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) certification is preferred
