The Critical Care Physician will be responsible for providing high-quality care to critically ill patients, managing complex medical conditions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Daily tasks include conducting patient assessments, performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and developing treatment plans. The physician will also be involved in supervising and training critical care staff, as well as participating in quality improvement and clinical research activities. Qualifications Expertise in Critical Care Medicine and Critical Care Nursing Knowledge of Pulmonology and Anesthesiology Strong background in Medicine Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Board certification or eligibility in Critical Care Medicine Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent degree in Anesthesiology Experience in an ICU or similar critical care setting is preferred
