Job Description

You are Champion user of key technology, tools, and crewing expertise to provide best in class crew change logistics.
You lead the team and ensure they have the right level of competencies to deliver the work results in time and within budget.
You manage with the Planner the POB (Personnel On Board) on the FPSO.
In order to guarantee the MSM as for Flag requirements, you work on the temporary MOC process applying the "acting as" philosophy on board, identifing and propose operational solution to the business in line with the level of competencies and training on board.

Education

Bachelors degree in Business administration, logistics or a similar field
OPITO, IMO and STWC knowledge are required

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience working in a crewing department of a marine management company with multinational crew
Previous shipping experience is preferable
