Job Description

  • Compliance with requirements of Recruitment & Placement Services under Director General of Shipping, India
  • Support seafarer certification compliance management & reporting.
  • E-migration of Indian seafarer (Form I)
  • Organize Statutory and non-statutory external audits ( RPSL, MLC etc) & Internal audits
  • Lead on co-ordinating and closing out of non-conformities / observations from internal & external audit.
  • Lead vendor compliance and record keeping
  • Organize annual Management Review Meeting.
  • Lead background verifications / world checks for seafarers and vendors.
  • Support development projects for crew management software.

Experience : 1-2 years with Crewing Company.
