Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Customer Service

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take accurate food and beverage orders at the counter or drive-thru.
Ensure prompt service and resolve customer queries politely.

Food Preparation & Quality

Prepare and assemble food items following Burger King standards and food safety guidelines.
Ensure portion control and product consistency.
Maintain stock levels at workstations.

Operations & Cleanliness

Follow operational procedures for opening, running, and closing shifts.
Keep work areas, kitchen, and dining area clean and hygienic.
Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Teamwork & Support

Work collaboratively with team members to meet store goals.
Support training of new team members as directed.
Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies.

Preferred candidate profile

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of food safety & hygiene.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
