Key Responsibilities: - Support the Credit Analysis team in enhancing tools and processes for monitoring insurance counterparty credit risk. - Assist in developing reports and conducting data analysis to assess credit risk and portfolio profitability. - Coordinate tasks related to credit risk portfolio steering and support mitigation activities. - Participate in data-driven projects using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, and Power BI. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on credit risk monitoring and reporting for International Programs and specialized solutions. - Contribute to digital transformation initiatives by exploring how data and technology can address real business challenges. Qualifications & Skills: - Minimum 2 years of experience in credit portfolio management, risk reporting, or risk management, preferably in banking or insurance. - Internship or academic project experience in risk, finance, or data analysis is a plus. - Strong interest in credit risk, insurance, and financial markets. - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of SQL, Python, and data visualization tools like Power BI is essential. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset. - Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of German or other European languages is an advantage. - Motivated to grow within a professional and supportive team environment.
