Reports directly to: Head of Organic Credit

Reports indirectly to: Head of Credit
3. JOB SUMMARY

• Risk Assessment of Credit Instruments through internal portfolio performances.
• Administration of the credit policies using technology and quality checks
• Portfolio watch to identify areas of potential opportunities and threats

4. Job Profile

Risk Assessment of Credit Instruments

• Data support for Biz Proposals
• Data support for Credit Proposals
• Competition Benchmarking through collection of information of credit processes, filters and thresholds
• Incorporation of regulatory clauses
• Analysis of trends through Industry data from CICs
• Preparation for Credit Committee
• MoM of Credit Committee

Credit Administration

• Raising BRDs following CC decisions
• UAT of the changes developed in the BRE
• Periodical scanning of Credit Filters to check adherence
• TTT of Qualitative Credit Assessment Clauses

Portfolio watch to identify areas of potential opportunities and threats

• Regular Portfolio monitoring
• Prepare data for Review and Recommendations in various review platforms
• MIS development and Coordination with the BI Team
• Field Interventions/ training on improving underwriting

Presentations

• Data support for presentations in various meetings

5. EXPERIENCE, SKILLS

• Understanding of Microfinance and knowledge of regulatory requirements, practices by the competitors, performance measurements, etc
• Handling of LOS and LMS
• Data Analysis using Excel
• Data Presentation (Graph, PPT etc)
