Job Description

Prepare and implement Credit Policies for all retail products.
Coordinate system integration and enhancements to support policy implementation.
Managing the team, coordinating with support functions and the business team.
Train underwriting teams on new and updated credit policies.
Monitor and manage the loan portfolio through monthly performance analysis.
Track and analyse Net Credit Losses (NCL) to maintain asset quality.
Conduct regular competition benchmarking to refine and expand the product suite.
Translate insights from portfolio performance into actionable policy updates.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of loan processing systems and possess sound analytical skills.
