Credit Manager – Mortgage Loans

• Evaluate and appraise Home Loan / LAP credit proposals as per policy and risk parameters.
• Conduct detailed financial, business, and personal profile analysis of applicants.
• Assess repayment capacity, verify property documentation, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory norms.
• Coordinate with sales, legal, and technical teams for accurate risk evaluation.
• Maintain portfolio quality by ensuring timely approvals and monitoring of credit limits.
• Recommend deviations, if any, with adequate justification and manage exceptions within policy framework.
• Ensure TAT adherence and efficient processing of loan proposals.
• Support audit and risk review processes with proper documentation and control.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in Mortgage / Home Loan / LAP credit management.
• Education: Graduate / Post-Graduate (preferably in Finance, Commerce, or related fields)..
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of credit analysis, income assessment, and property evaluation.
• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Preferred Location Experience: Candidates from or willing to work in Sambalpur / Balangir region.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹850,000.00 per year
