Credit Manager-LAP-HF LOAN AGAINST PROPERTY (LAP)-Credit

Role Overview: You will be responsible for credit underwriting of SENP / SEP cases, requiring a deep understanding of applicants" financials and business background post visiting customers. Your role will also involve delinquency monitoring for underwritten cases during the infant stage to maintain delinquency at almost Nil levels. You will be managing the credit quality of underwritten cases, staying updated on present economic indicators and changes in the mortgage industry. It is important to maintain decent productivity levels of processing and be a team player by assisting in the implementation of HO & local policies at ground level. Additionally, you will handle CPAs and mentor them to ensure quality output, while monitoring their productivity levels.
