Role Overview: You will be part of the Credit Team for Working Capital Finance, managing a team of Credit Managers and underwriting proposals for Working Capital Finance. Your responsibilities will include making proposals for both Fund and Non-Fund based financing, ensuring high-quality underwriting, training for branch business targets, visiting customers for discussions and deal structuring, monitoring portfolio quality, evaluating customer proposals for Home Loans and Loan against Property, and making timely decisions within defined Turnaround Time (TAT). Coordination with various departments like sales, operations, legal, technical, and customer service will also be a part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of Credit Managers - Underwrite and make proposals for Working Capital Finance - Ensure high-quality underwriting for branch business targets - Visit customers for personal discussions and deal structuring - Monitor portfolio quality and take necessary steps to maintain required levels - Evaluate customer proposals for Home Loans and Loan against Property - Make timely decisions within defined TAT - Coordinate with sales, operations, legal, technical, and customer service teams Qualifications Required: - CA qualification with relevant underwriting experience - Technical underwriting experience - Analytical skills - 2-4 years of experience in relevant working capital products - Ability to handle time-bound activities effectively - Effective team player with a sense of urgency and keenness to learn Additional Details: Understanding of property-related aspects like legal title and market value of the property is considered an added advantage for this role.,
