Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Complete customer assessment by visiting business place, residence and security proposed with ownership attitude.
Preparation of customer assessment Memo and cash flow analysis including bank credits.
Assessment of collateral appraisal including legal and technical aspect.
Recommendation / underwriting of proposals with adherence to company policies & procedures.
Complete credit check, Compliance of documentation and signing off disbursements.
Managing and complying over the counter / post disbursal documents and ensuring compliance of company's norms. Ensuring that there is no disbursal error.
Managing early delinquencies to ensure that portfolio is healthy and there are no Non starter cases
Organizing and performing task within defined TAT for file processing.
Supporting business team for seamless processing of the proposals.
To keep oneself updated about local parameters such as legal /political/ industry/ demographics, To regularly update seniors about any local development which can be detrimental to franchise
