Job Description

Role Overview: Join our Edinburgh office team as a Cash to Order - Credit Controller and be a part of a UK hub in a global business that is rapidly scaling and changing the delivery universe. You will play a vital role in maintaining high standards and efficiency in our logistics operation, ensuring top-notch service for our customers as our network grows at lightning speed. Every day will be fast-paced, impactful, and full of possibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Work within the Credit Control team to provide high-standard service and receive training to expand knowledge for meeting business requirements - Maintain effective business relationships and ensure required service levels are achieved - Liaise with key internal stakeholders and customers - Manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and understand company processes and workflows for Credit Control - Ensure high standards of quality, accuracy, and integrity for input into systems - Proactively seek and develop new ideas within the team and company to benefit the business - Support other commercial teams with project work to meet deadlines - Establish and sustain working relationships with buying, finance, and retail teams - Communicate effectively with internal and external customers - Utilize company IT systems efficiently to ensure maximum cost reduction and adherence to procedures - Act on telephone calls, emails, and letters from customers to improve customer experience - Develop processes and procedures in collaboration with Managers for providing support and improvement in service - Manage a portfolio of accounts for timely debt collection and escalation when necessary - Report on Debt performance and issues to management - Resolve disputes internally and externally around outstanding invoices - Produce debtor reports for the portfolio - Perform customer account reconciliations - Maintain and enhance relationships with internal and external customers - Ensure timely cash allocation and review credit limits for customers Qualifications Required: - Positive attitude - Competent in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel - Team player - Good attention to detail - Adapts well to change Company Details: InPost is committed to creating an open, equal, and inclusive environment where everyone has the opportunity to flourish and be themselves.
