We are looking for Credit Controller / MIS Controller for our Distribution Division

Roles & Responsibility

• Assess the creditworthiness of new and existing customers on a yearly basis.
• Ensuring correct and right amount of stocks are delivered to customers.
• Monitoring and tracking pending invoices.
• Ensuring all pending stocks of branches are cleared monthly, 45days.
• Addressing and resolving payment discrepancies, disputes and billing issues.
• Debt collection and collaborating with Sales team on timely collections.
• Maintaining accurate records of customers' payment history and debt recovery efforts.
• Building and maintaining solid relationships with the BMs, Sales team and debtors while enforcing payment obligations.
• Conduct monthly Accounts Receivable reviews and ensure collection commitments are timely met by the sales team.
