Credit Control Officer

Job Description: You will be responsible for checking customers' credit and approving or denying applications based on company standards and requirements. Additionally, you will need to develop the company's credit control system and implement changes to improve profitability and reduce bad debts. It will be your duty to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and company executives to develop the credit control system. You are also required to improve and implement debt collection processes for any overdue invoices. Moreover, maintaining records for overdue parties and seeking help from the traffic department or respective heads will be part of your responsibilities.
