Credit Control Officer

As a Credit Manager, your role involves evaluating the creditworthiness of new and existing customers by analyzing financial data and credit checks. You will be responsible for setting appropriate credit limits and maintaining accurate customer account records. Additionally, you will need to monitor accounts receivable, prepare aging reports, and generate management reports to highlight risks and areas for improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate the creditworthiness of customers through financial data analysis and credit checks. - Set appropriate credit limits and maintain accurate customer account records. - Monitor accounts receivable, prepare aging reports, and generate management reports. - Maintain positive client relationships by addressing billing inquiries, resolving disputes, and effective communication. - Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and negotiation. - Assess credit risk, analyze financial data, and interpret aging reports utilizing analytical skills. - Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiar with end-to-end accounts receivable processes. - Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple accounts and meet targets. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree is preferred. - Experience of minimum 2-3 years in credit management. - Ability to reliably commute or planning to relocate to Chennai, Tamil Nadu. - Proficiency in Hindi is preferred.
