Credit Control Officer

• Document Verification: Ensure all loan application documents are accurate and complete. Generate PDF files of verified documents for recordkeeping.
• Data Entry & Compliance: Input verified data into the loan application system. Perform CIBIL checks and credit appraisals for applicants and co-applicants.
• Tele-Verifications: Conduct telephonic verifications for applicants, co-applicants, and references.
• Loan Approval & Disbursement: Communicate approved cases and required documents in WhatsApp groups. Generate loan agreements in the software, including filling insurance details. Create digital signature invite links and initiate ECS procedures.
• Branch & Sales Support: Resolve login queries raised by branch employees. Address eligibility or document-related queries from the sales team.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
• Experience: 2–5 years in credit appraisal, loan processing, or a similar field.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of credit appraisal and financial analysis. Proficiency in loan management software and government portals like C-KYC. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to interpret and correlate data for informed decision-making.
