Job Description

Role Overview: As a Service Coordinator, your primary role will be to coordinate and schedule preventive maintenance visits, installation visits, and breakdown visits according to the customer's schedule. This involves being the main point of contact for customer inquiries related to service and creating, assigning, and managing work orders in the system. You will also be responsible for monitoring job progress to ensure that service delivery meets company standards and deadlines.
