Credit Control Manager

The Credit Control Manager position based in Malad requires an experienced individual with 8 to 15 years of relevant experience in credit control management. As the Credit Control Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the credit control functions, including physical visits and maintaining a record of these visits, monitoring and reconciling receivables accounts on a monthly basis, updating the follow-up tracker regularly, and ensuring timely collection of cheques from customers. In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidate should possess excellent team management skills with prior experience in managing a team of 20-25 individuals. A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is a requirement for this role, along with familiarity with data entry and analysis. The ability to communicate effectively, listen to customers, and negotiate favorable solutions is essential. The successful candidate should have a proven track record of handling a client base of more than 2000 and experience with automation processes. This is a full-time, permanent position with working days from Monday to Saturday. The salary range for this role is between 8 to 10 lpa. Benefits include Provident Fund, yearly bonus, and a day shift schedule.
