Job Description

As a Credit Control Executive in the Finance & Accounts department of a Logistics company based in Delhi, your key responsibilities will include: - Monitoring and following up on receivables from customers to ensure timely collections. - Coordinating with the sales, operations, and accounts teams to address customer disputes and ensure timely resolution. - Preparing aging analysis and providing inputs for the provision of bad debts. - Tracking and enforcing credit limits in coordination with the finance team. - Assisting in drafting collection letters, legal notices, and follow-up emails. To be eligible for this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field. - Minimum 4 years of experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or collections. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP/CRM preferred). - Analytical mindset with attention to detail. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts. The company follows a 6 days/week working schedule (Monday to Saturday) and offers a salary as per industry standards.
