📌 Job Title: Credit Card Field Sales Executive 📍 Location: All Over Mumbai (near by your location) 💼 Department: Retail Banking – Credit Cards 🕒 Employment Type: Full-time --- 🔹 Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Field Sales Executives to promote and sell credit cards directly to customers. The role involves fieldwork, meeting potential clients, explaining product benefits, and achieving monthly sales targets. --- 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell credit cards to customers through field visits, events, and other outdoor sales activities. Generate leads through cold calling, references, and outdoor marketing. Explain product features, benefits, fees, and eligibility criteria to prospective customers. Assist customers in completing application forms and ensure accurate documentation. Maintain relationships with existing clients for referrals and repeat business. Achieve monthly sales and productivity targets set by the company. Report daily sales activities and market feedback to the team leader/manager. --- 🔹 Eligibility Criteria: Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred). Experience: Fresher or 6–12 months of sales experience in banking/finance/insurance/telecom preferred. Age: 18–30 years. Skills: Good communication and presentation skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset. --- 🔹 Compensation & Benefits: Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Fixed) + Attractive Incentives.
