Job Description

A Credit Card Sales Telecaller's job is to generate leads, contact potential customers via phone, and promote credit card products and benefits, ultimately closing sales and managing customer inquiries. Key responsibilities include making outbound calls, explaining features and eligibility, overcoming objections, and maintaining detailed records in a CRM system to meet sales targets and provide customer support.   Key Responsibilities Outbound Sales Calls: Make proactive calls to potential customers to introduce credit card products, offers, and their associated benefits.  Product Knowledge: Educate customers on credit card features, terms, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and application processes.  Sales Closure: Persuade interested customers to apply for a credit card and guide them through the application process to close the sale.  Lead Follow-up: Follow up with leads who have shown interest to nurture the relationship and convert them into customers.  Customer Service: Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries regarding credit card products and services to ensure a positive customer experience.  Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly or quarterly sales targets for credit card conversions.  Data Management: Maintain accurate and timely records of all customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities within the CRM system.  Market Awareness: Stay updated on the latest credit card offers, product changes, and relevant regulations to provide accurate information.  Required Skills and Qualifications Strong Communication: Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.  Sales Aptitude: A results-oriented attitude with a strong drive to achieve sales goals and a basic understanding of sales techniques.  Customer Focus: Ability to understand customer needs, address their concerns, and provide excellent customer service.  Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM tools and other relevant software for record-keeping and sales tracking.  Organization: Good time management and organizational skills to manage calls, follow-ups, and administrative tasks efficiently.  Education:
