Job Description

  • 1. Overall DSA Channel Ownership
  • Own end-to-end performance of the credit card DSA channel across all regions
  • Define annual, quarterly and monthly targets for the DSA channel
  • Drive sustainable growth in card sourcing, approvals and revenue

2. DSA Network Expansion

  • Identify, onboard and scale sub-DSA and channel partner network
  • Expand DSA presence city-wise, area-wise and zone-wise
  • Ensure active and productive partner base

3. Sales Performance & Revenue Management

  • Monitor card sales, approvals, activations and payouts from DSA channel
  • Ensure target achievement across all DSA partners
  • Improve productivity and approval ratios

4. Partner Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with key DSAs and high-performing partners
  • Act as escalation point for partner and bank related issues
  • Ensure partner satisfaction and retention

5. Bank & Issuer Coordination

  • Maintain strong relationships with issuing banks
  • Align DSA sourcing strategy with bank policies and eligibility norms
  • Coordinate campaigns, payout structures and special offers

6. Process, Quality & Compliance Control

  • Ensure strict adherence to RBI, bank and internal compliance guidelines
  • Monitor documentation quality and rejection reasons
  • Prevent mis-selling, fraud and policy violations within DSA channel

7. Team Leadership & Governance

  • Lead and manage DSA channel managers and partner relationship teams
  • Define clear roles, targets and performance metrics
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and strategy meetings

8. MIS, Analytics & Reporting

  • Review channel-wise MIS, dashboards and analytics
  • Track partner productivity, ROI and growth metrics
  • Present insights and performance reports to senior management

9. Profitability & Cost Management

  • Manage incentive payouts and channel costs
  • Ensure profitability of the DSA channel
  • Optimize partner commission and internal incentive structures

10. Brand Representation & Market Leadership

  • Represent company with banks, DSAs and industry forums
  • Build strong market credibility and brand positioning
  • Drive ethical and professional business practices

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
