Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed
credit appraisal
and
financial analysis
for project finance proposals above 10 crores.
Evaluate borrower creditworthiness using financial statements, projections, and cash flow analysis.
Prepare comprehensive
credit reports, risk assessments, and sanction memos
for approval committees.
Conduct
industry, business, and financial risk analysis
for each project.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for loan structuring, documentation, and disbursement.
Liaise with legal, technical, and valuation agencies for due diligence reports.
Monitor portfolio performance and identify early warning signals in existing accounts.
Ensure full compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines (RBI / Bank norms).

Candidate Profile:

Education:
CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA or equivalent qualification.
Experience:
4–10 years in
Credit / Project Finance
within Banks, NBFCs, or Financial Institutions.
Proven track record of handling
large ticket project finance proposals
(10 crore and above).
Strong knowledge of
balance sheet analysis, financial ratios, and credit risk assessment.
Excellent report-writing and presentation skills.
Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and sound judgment.
