Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage credit administration, including loan processing, disbursement, and documentation. Oversee working capital management and ensure timely repayment of loans. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of credit operations. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records. Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Should have worked in working Capital Products • Knowledge with regards to SL reading & interpretation, Legal Documentation preparation & execution for Working Capital businesses • Compliance of SL conditions • Compliance of Security conditions (Hypothecation, Mortgages, Pledge, Liquid securities etc.) • Should have knowledge of CERSAI and ROC Interested candidates can reach out through (kavya.p@vipanyglobal.com/kavya.p-8341137995)
