About the role:

creative and social-media-savvy Video Editor

If you’re obsessed with storytelling, transitions, hooks, and viral-worthy edits — and want to create content that lives on premium social feeds — this role is made for you.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Edit high-quality short-form content for

  Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Stories

• Add

  motion graphics, subtitles, text animations, and trending effects

• Deliver content that’s platform-native, trend-aware, and optimized for high engagement
• Maintain a clean,

  premium aesthetic

  across all visuals
• Break down long-form content into

  engaging clips for social media

• Identify key hooks, emotional beats, or insights for virality
• Ensure smooth audio sync, clarity, and seamless transitions
• Stay updated with latest trends in

  editing styles, meme formats, and viral sounds

• Work closely with the social and marketing team to optimize content performance
• Test new content ideas and editing formats to boost reach and retention

Skills Required:

• Strong proficiency in

  Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro

• Deep knowledge of

  Reels, Shorts, Stories

  , and short-form video formats
• Ability to create

  motion graphics, kinetic typography, and creative transitions

• Basic skills in

  color grading, audio enhancement, and VFX

• Bonus: Experience editing

  podcasts, fashion interviews, or fitness content
