About the Role

Creative Strategist

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Performance:

  • Develop and execute

    creative strategies

    for omnichannel marketing, optimizing content to improve CTR and other metrics while maintaining communication relevance.

Creative & Content Effectiveness:

  • Plan and oversee

    creative testing

    , including copy variations, visuals, and formats, to identify what drives engagement and conversions.
  • Create and maintain a

    creative playbook

    documenting what’s working and what’s not across campaigns, including messaging, visuals, and formats, to guide future creative decisions.

Consumer Insights & Research:

  • Drive

    a monthly activity of talking to consumers to understand their likes, dislikes, and preferences, and use these insights to test the communication and creative.

Brand Consistency & Communication:

  • Maintain brand guidelines and tone

    across all communication to ensure consistency and attract quality audiences.

Collaboration & Timeliness:

  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video editors to bring campaign ideas to life.
  • Analyse campaign performance

    with the support of the

    analytics team,

    and independently track audience insights and creative trends to inform future strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align creative efforts for influencer and partnership campaigns, festive promotions, and sales initiatives with overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • You have

    3+ years of experience

    in creative strategy and marketing communication
  • You understand performance-driven advertising and thrive on

    rigorous creative testing and consumer research

    .
  • You have hands-on experience in

    ad content and creative planning

    , from concept to execution.
  • You are equally fluent in

    data and design thinking

    , blending logic with storytelling.
  • You naturally uphold brand identity, visual coherence, and tone in every piece of communication.
  • Experience with lifestyle, luxury, or wedding brands is a strong plus.
