About the Role
We are looking for a powerhouse creative mind — someone who lives on social media, breathes culture, understands trends before they trend, and can translate brand stories into high-impact content ideas. This role demands a mix of research, creative intelligence, platform knowledge, and execution capability, especially within music, live experiences, artists, and youth culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Strategy & Ideation:
- Build platform-specific content strategies (Instagram, YouTube, Reels, Shorts, TikTok if required).
- Conceptualize high-performing content ideas based on trends, insights, and data.
- Develop creative concepts for artists, IPs, festivals, brand activations, and talent-driven content.
- Create 360° content calendars with strong storytelling and engagement flow.
2. Trend Research & Cultural Intelligence:
- Identify emerging trends, sound patterns, formats, memes, and cultural moments.
- Study competitor content and global creative strategies.
- Bring fresh, out-of-the-box thinking backed by strong R&D.
- Ensure brand relevance through culturally synced content.
3. Creative Development:
- Write scripts, hooks, captions, and creative briefs for video and design teams.
- Work with designers, editors, and content teams to ensure high-quality output.
- Oversee the look, tone, and feel of all content going out from the brand.
4. Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and manage platform-wise content strategies based on audience behavior.
- Plan viral-driven campaigns, influencer collaborations, and creator-led content.
- Work with the leadership team to align creative direction with company goals.
5. Performance Tracking & Optimization:
- Analyze what’s working and what’s not — optimize strategies accordingly.
- Use insights and analytics to improve storytelling, engagement, and positioning.

Skills & Mindset:

- Deep knowledge of Gen-Z culture, creators, memes, hooks, and storytelling formats.

- Ability to work in fast-paced environments like events, live shows, shoots, and artist-driven content.
Experience:
- 1–3 years in social media strategy, content creation, or creative direction.
- Experience in entertainment, music, talent, or lifestyle brands is a big plus.
- Proven work or portfolio showing trend-driven content ideas.
Tools Knowledge (Preferred):
- Instagram insights, YouTube analytics, TikTok trends.
- Basic understanding of design/video tools (Canva, Premiere, CapCut, etc.).
Personality Fit:
- Highly curious and research-focused.
- Cultural sponge — always observing, always learning.
- Strong communicator and presenter.
- Has a high-energy attitude and execution mindset.
- A natural storyteller who can think narrative-first.
