Creative Strategist

As a Creative Strategist in the Integrated Marketing department based in Surat, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing creative strategies for multiple brands across various industries. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of junior creatives, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring that all campaigns are aligned with business goals and audience insights. You will be in charge of the end-to-end ownership of campaigns, from ideation to final execution, ensuring that all creative work meets high-quality standards. Your leadership skills will be put to the test as you manage and mentor a team of 2-4 junior creatives, providing clear direction and ensuring smooth execution of ideas. Client communication and presentations will also be a key part of your role, as you will be required to present creative strategies, scripts, and campaign ideas to clients with clarity and confidence, ensuring alignment with their vision. Additionally, you will drive the team to produce high-impact, award-worthy creative work and actively participate in applying for industry awards. Your role will also involve collaborating closely with the Integrated Solutions Team to ensure seamless execution of creative tasks. You will provide guidance to designers and content creators to ensure that the final output aligns with the brand's creative vision.
