Full-time Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Build and evolve a content strategy for Alle’s Instagram and other channels, grounded in consumer insights and cultural trends.
• Work closely with creators to develop viral content that drives app installs, builds trust, and grows our brand community.
• Create briefs for creators that translate business insights and goals into clear, compelling storytelling.
• Use data from past performance (CTR, CAC, retention, etc.) to inform new creative directions, especially for paid campaigns.
• Partner with the performance marketing team to ensure we’re consistently delivering high-performing ad creatives.
• Keep a pulse on internet culture and fashion trends to identify opportunities for real-time, high-relevance content.

Who you are:

• You deeply understand what works (and doesn’t) on social media and can articulate why certain formats go viral.
• You have an intuitive grasp of Gen Z culture, digital behavior, and fashion sensibilities.
• You’re not necessarily a content creator yourself, but you know how to guide creators to bring powerful ideas to life.
• You’re analytical and insight-driven—comfortable using performance data to iterate and optimize.
• You're scrappy, experimental, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
