Creative Strategy for Ads and Social Media Lead the creative development for Meta ads (Facebook, Instagram) and other social media platforms, crafting engaging, conversion-focused content. Collaborate with the brand team to create social media content that reflects Boldfits values and resonates with our audience. Copywriting and Content Creation Write compelling ad copy for Meta and other social media channels that aligns with Boldfits voice and goals. Utilize ChatGPT and other tools to enhance content creation, streamline workflows, and maintain a high-quality output. Competitive Research and Trend Analysis Conduct competitive research and stay up-to-date on the latest trends in social media advertising. Continuously analyze ad trends to ensure Boldfits campaigns remain innovative and effective. Collaboration with Creative and D2C Teams Work closely with external video and graphic agencies to produce high-quality visuals tailored for social media ads. Coordinate with the D2C team to align ad creatives with sales objectives, ensuring a cohesive strategy that drives conversions. Shoot Direction and Brand Collaboration Provide direction for brand shoots, ensuring visuals align with social media ad requirements and brand strategy. Collaborate on creative ideas, shot lists, and storytelling elements to produce optimized, performance-oriented assets. Metrics Tracking and Performance Optimization Track and analyze ad performance metrics, using insights to refine creatives and improve ROI. Regularly report on campaign results and collaborate with the D2C and performance marketing teams to drive sales and optimize budget allocation. Staying Updated with Tools and Technology Remain up-to-date with the latest tools, technologies, and best practices in social media and ad tech. Experiment with new ad formats, tools, and platforms to keep Boldfits campaigns cutting-edge. Desired Skills and Experience - Copywriting Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in writing ad copy, with a strong portfolio of social media and Meta ads. - Social Media Expertise: Familiar with social media trends, tools, and content strategies for platforms beyond Meta. - Tech-Savvy: Knowledgeable in using tools like ChatGPT and other content-creation technologies to streamline work. - Analytical Skills: Comfortable tracking and interpreting ad metrics to optimize performance. - Collaborative Skills: Experience working with creative agencies and cross-functional teams, particularly in D2C. - Research-Oriented: Strong ability to conduct competitive research and stay informed on industry trends. - Passion for Digital Marketing: Deep enthusiasm for social media and ad platforms, with a commitment to staying current on platform updates.
