Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 6 months – 2 years Industry: Marketing | Creative | Digital | Design Role Overview: As a Creative Recruiter, you’ll handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles while collaborating closely with hiring managers to build high-performing creative teams. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for creative and non-IT roles (Marketing, Content, Design, etc.) Understand role requirements by collaborating with hiring managers Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds Schedule interviews and collect feedback from interviewers Maintain a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the process Keep accurate and updated records using HRMS/ATS systems Assist with onboarding of selected candidates Desired Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Business, or a related field) 6 months to 2 years of experience in HR recruitment Prior experience in a digital, creative, or marketing agency is a strong advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong multitasking and organizational abilities A passion for the creative space and understanding of key industry roles If you are interested, please share your updated CV via email at hr@hashtechy.com or on WhatsApp at 8511190784 Thanks & Regards, Yamini Patel HR Manager 8511190784 Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
