As a Business Professional/Creative Recruiter in the Apparel & Merchandising domain, your role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for business professional roles within the apparel, retail, and merchandising functions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand skill requirements, team dynamics, and business expectations. Sourcing high-quality talent using various techniques and screening, evaluating, and shortlisting candidates with relevant industry experience are key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment for business professional roles within apparel, retail, and merchandising functions. - Work closely with hiring managers to understand skill requirements, team dynamics, and business expectations. - Source high-quality talent using job boards, networking, mapping, and passive search techniques. - Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates with relevant industry experience. Qualifications Required: - 25 years of recruitment experience, specifically in Apparel, Retail, Fashion, or Merchandising hiring. - Strong understanding of business professional roles in the fashion and apparel ecosystem. - Experience in hiring for Marketing & Creative, Technology, Merchandising and Designing, Retail Corporate, Supply Chain / Distribution, Finance / HR roles. - Strong stability and consistent experience in previous roles. - Comfortable working onsite in Noida during PST shift.
