Designation – Creative Media Account Manager Location – 1st Floor, Tower-A, UNITECH CYBER PARK, Durga Colony, Sector 39, Gurugram, Haryana 122003 Days of working – 5 (Sat& Sun fixed off) Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Creative Media Account Manager with 1-2 years of experience in account management and client handling. The ideal candidate will work as a liaison between clients and our creative media team, ensuring smooth communication and the effective execution of paid media campaigns. You will manage client relationships, pitch creative ideas, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality results. Key Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact between clients and the creative media team. Oversee the creation, delivery, and optimization of paid media campaigns. Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable creative strategies. Coordinate with the creative and media planning teams to deliver high-quality creative solutions. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction by proactively managing accounts. Assist in pitching new ideas, campaigns, and solutions to clients. Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing clients with regular updates. Collaborate with Brand Managers to ensure consistent brand messaging across campaigns. Handle client feedback, ensure timely delivery of assets, and resolve any issues that arise. Key Skills and Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in account management or client handling, preferably in creative media or advertising. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. A solid understanding of paid media campaigns, creative processes, and digital marketing strategies. Strong attention to detail with a customer-first attitude. Experience in pitching creative ideas and solutions to clients. Proactive, adaptable, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) Experience in creative or media agencies is a plus.
