Overview:

Creative Media Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact between clients and the creative media team.
• Oversee the creation, delivery, and optimization of paid media campaigns.
• Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable creative strategies.
• Coordinate with the creative and media planning teams to deliver high-quality creative solutions.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction by proactively managing accounts.
• Assist in pitching new ideas, campaigns, and solutions to clients.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing clients with regular updates.
• Collaborate with Brand Managers to ensure consistent brand messaging across campaigns.
• Handle client feedback, ensure timely delivery of assets, and resolve any issues that arise.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in account management or client handling, preferably in creative media or advertising.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• A solid understanding of paid media campaigns, creative processes, and digital marketing strategies.
• Strong attention to detail with a customer-first attitude.
• Experience in pitching creative ideas and solutions to clients.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
• Experience in creative or media agencies is a plus.
• Basic understanding of brand management and creative development.
