Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Market Research

  • Understand client brands/celebrities deeply – their identity, values, and voice.
  • Conduct consumer, competitor, and industry research to uncover opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and audience behavior to shape strategies.

Campaign Strategy & Planning

  • Develop creative marketing campaigns across 

    digital and offline platforms

    .
  • Plan 360° brand campaigns (social media, print, outdoor, events, influencer collabs).
  • Prepare detailed campaign calendars, timelines, and execution roadmaps.

Content & Creative Ideation

  • Generate engaging ideas for 

    photo/video shoots, ad creatives, reels, and designs

    .
  • Work with creative teams (designers, videographers, editors) to bring concepts to life.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and campaign objectives.

Digital Advertising & Performance

  • Plan and execute campaigns on 

    Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram)

     and 

    LinkedIn Ads

    .
  • Optimize campaigns for awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing team to analyze results and refine strategies.

Content Strategy & Management

  • Develop monthly/quarterly 

    content calendars

     aligned with campaign goals.
  • Oversee the creative mix – educational, engaging, storytelling, and conversion-driven content.
  • Ensure a consistent brand narrative across platforms.

Collaboration & Client Interaction

  • Present campaign ideas to clients with clear rationale and strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with design, ad, and strategy teams for smooth execution.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and act as a brand partner.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong

  • Expertise in 

    brand positioning

     and audience-focused storytelling.
  • Hands-on knowledge of 

    Meta & LinkedIn Ads

  • Understanding of both 

    digital & offline marketing channels

  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to balance 

    creativity with strategic execution

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in 

    digital marketing agencies, advertising agencies, or brand strategy roles

    .
  • Proven track record of creating and executing successful campaigns.
  • Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in 

    celebrity/influencer branding

     is a plus.


KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

  • Quality and creativity of campaign concepts.
  • Impact of campaigns on 

    brand awareness, engagement, and conversions

  • Client satisfaction and campaign success metrics.
  • Effective collaboration with creative and performance teams.
