You should have 3-5 years of experience in the advertising industry. Staying informed about socio-political issues and current pop culture trends is crucial. Your role will involve managing a team of creative professionals, requiring strong team management skills and accountability. Effective planning of creative solutions and contribution to campaign strategies are also part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with the Business Development department is essential to develop and propose innovative interactive strategies and presentations for client pitches. It is imperative to research and monitor Digital & New Media industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance the current offerings. Through proactive ideation, building client relationships, and providing creative leadership, you will be able to excel in this role.
