We're helping powerlifters, gym coaches, and transformation creators: Grow on Instagram & YouTube Launch coaching and digital products Land brand deals & build long-term influence I’m leading strategy, systems, and vision — but now, I need a Delhi NCR-based co-founder who can: Lead the content side (shoot/edit/ideate) AND help pitch creators & close deals together YOUR ROLE: Shoot high-quality Reels, gym content, and Shorts Edit in trendy, storytelling-based formats Join calls with creators & brands Help onboard, pitch, and close creators/clients Build growth roadmaps and execute alongside me YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF: You're based in Delhi NCR You’re a content-first creative who can also sell ideas You've worked with creators or gyms before You want to build a real business (no fixed salary — this is profit-share/equity role) You're confident on calls and enjoy working with creators directly We're starting with a few fitness creators (like powerlifters & gym influencers) and building solid case studies before scaling to a full talent & content studio.
