Graphic Designer

who can design impactful, conversion-led ad creatives that capture attention in crowded digital spaces. This role is about creating visuals that not only look good but

deliver measurable performance

Key Responsibilities

Create ad creatives tailored for digital campaigns (Meta, Google).
Translate campaign strategies into clear, compelling visuals.
Design assets for static, carousel, and short video formats.
Monitor creative results and evolve designs accordingly.
Partner with marketers to develop engaging campaign concepts.

Requirements

5–7 years of design experience in digital/performance marketing.
Strong understanding of advertising creative strategy.
Excellent command of design tools.
Portfolio with ad creatives and marketing visuals.
Strong sense of typography, hierarchy, and brand alignment.
