Creative Director

You will be joining Zupee, the biggest online gaming company in India with a dominant market share in the Casual & Boardgame segment. As the Creative Director at Zupee, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the creative teams working on web, print, and digital marketing materials. Your role will involve developing and managing content strategy for various projects, collaborating with marketing and other departments to analyze results and identify opportunities, and creating internal marketing campaigns that align with business objectives. Your understanding of Indian demographics, cultural nuances, and regional preferences will be crucial in tailoring creative strategies effectively. You will lead a cross-functional team of graphic designers, copywriters, social media experts, photographers/videographers, and project managers to ensure the strategic development of messaging and deliverables. Additionally, you will prioritize work and resources, conduct brainstorming sessions, review and approve art and copy, and produce innovative work that resonates with our target audience. To excel in this role, you should have at least 10 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of seven years as a creative director in an agency or corporate setting. You should be adept at creating marketing/advertising campaigns, developing integrated content across various channels, and leading a team of creative professionals. A strong creative vision, ability to thrive under pressure, and proficiency in developing successful concepts are key qualifications for this position.
