Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Creative Director. The Creative Director will be responsible for overseeing all creative processes, defining and executing creative strategies, and maintaining consistency in brand identity. The role involves leading teams in creating innovative visual content, managing creative projects, and ensuring alignment with clients' needs and business goals. The individual will also work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful designs and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy to conceptualize and execute impactful creative projects.
• Strong understanding of Branding and Art Direction to lead teams on delivering consistent and aligned visual content.
• Expertise in Graphic Design with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics to create compelling designs.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and communicate with clients.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end creative projects and campaigns.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Familiarity with video production and social media content is a plus.
