UI/UX Designer and Strategist


We’re looking for someone super creative, someone who’s already nailed video editing, graphic design, Webflow, and has a portfolio packed with top-quality videos, statics, and websites.


But we don’t just want a designer. We want someone who’s curious about how creativity plugs into strategy, how the best creative content, paired with the right funnels, CRO, hooks, and copy, doesn’t just get seen but converts. Cos getting content ready is only half the job. The real game begins when a creative mind learns to pair design with marketing principles, building systems that bring the results, the ultimate motive of creativity.


At The Render Unit, you won’t just create for us, you’ll also create for our clients, real estate developers who need complete marketing packages for their off-plan properties. Work that’s not only beautiful but strategically sharp enough to drive real inquiries.


We know this exact person doesn’t exist (sounds too good to be true), but we also know the right person can evolve into this. We see this role as perfect for a talented creative who wants more from their career than just living within Adobe CC or Figma/Webflow. Someone who gets the power of combining creativity with strategy.


We want you to join us as a Creative Superlearner—and perhaps grow into an entrepreneur who could one day run their own million-dollar agency. So you won’t be a cog in the system, you’ll be responsible for the entire system.


Scope:


  • Creating highly engaging video and static ad creatives
  • Building funnels in Webflow for TRU and its clients
  • Managing client visual identity projects for off-plan properties
  • Composing nurture email sequences in Brevo (or similar) and tracking analytics
  • Managing and strategizing organic growth across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Behance
  • Learning copywriting, researching, and writing long- and short-form content
  • Editing high-quality, engaging long- and short-form videos
  • Creating and launching e-books and other lead magnet resources for clients
  • Coordinating with SEO partners, tracking search console and optimizing landing pages for maximum traffic (including AI-SEO)
  • Setting up pixels, heat maps, and running data-driven CRO experiments using Microsoft Clarity and Hotjar
  • Documenting every effort in our in-house Marketing Dashboard to keep everything accountable and measurable
