Job Description

  • Lead the overall creative vision for brands across digital, social media, video, print, CGI, and campaigns
  • Conceptualize high-impact brand campaigns, launches, reels, ads, and integrated marketing ideas
  • Ensure brand consistency, storytelling, and innovation across all deliverables
  • Review and approve creative outputs (designs, videos, scripts, copies) before client delivery
  • Mentor and guide designers, video editors, content writers, and concept artists
2. Project Coordination & Execution
  • Act as the central coordination point between internal teams and management
  • Break down campaigns into clear timelines, tasks, and milestones
  • Track project progress and ensure on-time, on-quality delivery
  • Prioritize workloads across teams based on urgency and business impact
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies and proactively resolve them
3. Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Understand client briefs deeply and translate them into actionable creative strategies
  • Participate in client discussions, presentations, and creative walkthroughs when required
  • Manage expectations while maintaining creative integrity and delivery timelines
  • Ensure smooth communication between clients, internal teams, and leadership
4. Team Leadership & Process Building
  • Build efficient workflows for creative and project execution
  • Define SOPs for briefs, approvals, revisions, and delivery
  • Conduct regular review meetings and performance feedback sessions
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and scaling of creative and coordination teams
  • Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, consistency, and innovation
5. Growth & Strategic Contribution
  • Contribute ideas that help Dangura Digital scale towards 100X growth
  • Improve productivity, quality benchmarks, and turnaround times
  • Support new service launches, pitch decks, and internal brand initiatives
  • Act as a thought partner to leadership on creative and operational strategy

Required Skills & Competencies

Creative & Strategic Skills

  • Strong expertise in branding, advertising, digital marketing, and storytelling
  • Excellent understanding of social media trends, reels, ad creatives, and performance content
  • Ability to think concept-first, not execution-only

Project & Coordination Skills

  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities
  • Experience handling multiple clients and teams simultaneously
  • Excellent planning, prioritization, and follow-up skills
