Summary:
The Creative Director is responsible for leading the creative vision and execution of marketing campaigns. With 10-14 years of experience, this role requires a deep understanding of both B2B and B2C markets, as well as the ability to manage and inspire a team of creative professionals. The Creative Director will work closely with account, strategy, and production teams to develop integrated marketing solutions that deliver measurable results.
In this role, the Creative Director will be responsible for overseeing the development of creative concepts, ensuring that all work is aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as the role involves presenting creative ideas to clients and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality creative work that drives business growth. Roles and Responsibilities
Maintain and grow our reputation as one of the worlds most creative and strategically driven companies.Grasp client business challenges and objectives at the highest level, proactively identifying opportunities to drive brand growth with a unique and compelling point of view.Develop, adapt, and oversee creative direction for master campaigns of global brands, ensuring they remain relevant, insightful, and effective across diverse markets.Lead the entire creative processfrom ideation to executioncollaborating closely with Operations, Strategy, and Production teams to ensure best-in-class campaign delivery.Identify creative opportunities, even for the most complex client challenges, pushing the boundaries of traditional marketing and storytelling.Champion inventive ideas beyond traditional advertising, fostering an environment that encourages innovation across social, digital, and emerging technology-driven experiences.Drive integration of creative work across platforms, ensuring seamless execution across omnichannel campaigns.Celebrate both creativity and effectiveness, balancing bold ideas with measurable business impact.Advocate for smart, breakthrough ideas, navigating constraints and challenges to bring ambitious concepts to life.Build and deepen client relationships, establishing trust through a strong understanding of their business, market landscape, and success metrics.
Professional and Technical Skills
Overall experience of 15+ years with at least 13+ years of branding, creative conceptualization & execution, or advertising experience as a Sr. Creative Director or related role, with a major consulting firm or advertising agency or leading MNC.Bachelors degree (Minimum)in art/design/communication/copywriting or related field from A Listed communication/ design institutes.In-depth knowledge of branding, creative development and execution, digital marketing, and campaign deployment.Portfolio or samples of work demonstrating smart, brand-building ideas and executions. Marketing or brand strategy, brand storytelling, understanding of consumer psychology and persuasion techniques, research, campaign management, brand content management, omni-channel campaign planning, design, execution and management; campaign reporting and analytics; advertising campaigns & promotions, social media strategy, UI/UX experience.Proven experience in the development of integrated marketing and communications campaigns for clients.Strong portfolio of published creative work on top brands across diverse categories.Proficiency in Graphic design and illustration software like (not limited to) Adobe illustrator, photoshop, Adobe Creative Suit etc and Video editing and motion graphics tools.Knowledge of using AI and GenAI tools.Experience in working with senior management levels within existing organization / client organizations.Good research, organizational, and time-management skills.Creative, collaborative spirit.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
