Eligibility and Requirements:


  • Bachelor s degree

    in Film Production, Media Studies, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a

    videographer, video editor, or multimedia content creator

    .
  • Strong expertise in

    video production, lighting, sound, and post-production

    .
  • Proficiency in

    Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Lightroom, DaVinci Resolve)

    .
  • Knowledge of

    SEO and digital marketing concepts

    is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with

    camera equipment, gimbal stabilization, and lighting setups

  • Ability to

    conceptualize and execute compelling visual content

  • Strong

    storytelling skills

    and an eye for creative details.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to

    manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:


  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content

    for university promotions, student testimonials, campus events, academic programs, and social media campaigns.
  • Develop compelling

    visual storytelling

    that aligns with the university s branding and marketing strategies.
  • Cover

    live university events, lectures, and special ceremonies

    , ensuring professional video and audio quality.
  • Create engaging

    video advertisements, reels, and promotional clips

    to attract prospective students and enhance alumni engagement.
  • Collaborate with the

    marketing, admissions, and creative teams

    to produce multimedia content that supports recruitment and outreach efforts.
  • Ensure all video content is

    optimized for different platforms

    (website, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Capture and edit

    faculty interviews, student spotlights, and research highlights

    to showcase the university s strengths.
  • Maintain and manage

    camera, lighting, and audio equipment

    to ensure high production standards.
  • Stay updated on

    video trends, editing techniques, and emerging technologies

    to keep university content fresh and engaging.
  • Work closely with

    graphic designers, content writers, and social media managers

    to create visually appealing and cohesive multimedia content.
  • Organize and archive video footage for future use and reference.
  • Ensure compliance with

    university brand guidelines and copyright regulations

    in all video productions.
