Evaluate if the sales executive is following the site visit SOPs. Ensure all required collaterals (brochures, pricing sheets, etc.) are presented properly. Performance Feedback: Document strengths and gaps observed during the site visits. Provide structured feedback to the reporting manager on each audited visit. Recommend improvement areas for sales team training and conduct. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong observational and analytical skills. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Knowledge of real estate sales processes is a must. Confidence in assessing body language and soft skills.
