Creative Director and Content Writer

1. Strategy & Creative Vision

• Develop and implement a unified creative and content strategy aligned with marketing and business objectives.
• Ensure all creative outputs reflect the brand identity and contribute to long-term growth.

2. Content Creation & Writing (Malayalam and English)

• Produce, write, edit, and proofread high-quality content across digital and print channels including websites, social media, advertising, blogs, video scripts, and campaign materials.
• Ensure all content is engaging, accurate, and optimized for audience and platform.

3. Leadership & Team Management

• Supervise, mentor, and guide designers, writers, and content creators.
• Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance creative environment.

4. Brand Stewardship

• Develop, define, and maintain brand guidelines.
• Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, style, and visual identity across all platforms.

5. Project & Workflow Management

• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing timelines, deadlines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure timely delivery of all creative and content deliverables.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, sales, and senior leadership teams to understand requirements, present creative ideas, and maintain cohesive messaging across campaigns.
• Translate business needs into effective creative solutions.

7. Analytics & Industry Trends

• Analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, creative innovations, and pop culture insights to keep content fresh and relevant.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
