To create and oversee the implementation of world-class creative solution

To develop go to market concepts and ideas of a consistently high standard.
Ability to challenge and push the envelope in order to raise the agency'screativestandards
Be an active participant in preparations of client pitches across all agency teams- CS,Art,Designers,Digital etc
Mentoring the juniors and making sure each of them works towards achieving agency's targets
To ensure all deliverables and deadlines are met within budget.
Ability to lead a team
Experience in handling still and film shoots, pitches, presentations, etc.
Ability to meet and interact with clients/ servicing/ external vendors
