Creative Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly imaginative and detail-oriented Creative Designer to develop engaging and visually appealing designs across digital and print media. The ideal candidate should possess strong creative thinking, excellent design skills, and the ability to turn concepts into compelling visuals that align with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design creative assets for digital platforms, including social media posts, banners, ads, emailers, and website graphics.
• Develop print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, and branding collaterals.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to translate briefs into impactful visual designs.
• Understand brand guidelines and ensure consistent branding across all creative outputs.
• Create layouts, illustrations, infographics, and visual storytelling material for campaigns.
• Edit and retouch images as required for various projects.
• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns.
• Prepare final artwork files for production or digital publishing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Creative Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or other design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative thinking and design capability.
• Excellent sense of color, typography, visual composition, and layout.
• Ability to understand design briefs and convert them into high-quality visuals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design.
• Knowledge of branding and marketing communication strategies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
